On 6th of September Steinbacher Energie undertook a company excursion under the theme "Art and cuisine" to the Wachau.
The Gallery in Krems and the Deix Museum left controversial impressions. The sound installation in the Minoritenkirche was impressive. At lunchtime we enjoyed ourselves in the restaurant "Wellenspiel" with a variety of delicacies and let our soul relax. Despite bad weather forecast the sun was shining from time to time.
The time on the ship from Krems to Dürnstein flew by. We visited the art treasures in the Dürnstein Abbey in a hurry, because the employees had still set their sights on climbing the ruins of Dürnstein. Along the way we came across Steinbacher cable distribution cabinets.
As planned, the climb was made and rewarded with a beautiful view of the Wachau. The end of the day took place with a hearty snack and a wine tasting in the winery Gritsch in Spitz right next to the grapevines.
