At the beginning of spring 2025, Martin Spörer completes his training as a mechanical engineering technician with excellent results. We congratulate him warmly and are proud to have a talented young professional in our team!
Targeted promotion of young talent
At the same time, we are delighted to have been joined by two ambitious HTL technicians with valuable practical experience: Jakob Teufel and Michael Steinbacher will be working in production management and will increasingly focus on training new specialists in the future.
In addition to their professional and personal commitment, they also have the official tools for their new role: Jakob Teufel and Michael Steinbacher have successfully completed a training course for instructors, qualifying them to train apprentices in the metal and electrical sectors.
We are convinced that, with their energy and expertise, they will play an important role in promoting young talent.
