School visit of the MS Hollenstein
In the course of the Bildungsmeile 2022, the MS Hollenstein/Ybbs visited the regional businesses and was able to present their products and services on 20 October at the Steinbacher Energie gain an overview of the diverse production and delivery programme during an excursion.
Many apprenticeships are in particular demand nowadays and rural areas are often affected by migration. Jobs and value creation at home and in harmony with nature - this is the vision we pursue with vigour and optimism despite difficulties.
We are therefore particularly pleased when we can inspire young people with our values and they see the opportunity to actively shape the future in and with our team and to contribute their ideas.
After a "warm-up" in the office area, the group started on a tour of the production area.
The highly automated machinery with production processes such as punching, edging, welding, powder coating, plastic injection moulding as well as the warehouse logistics using Kardex high-bay racking left a special impression.
The employees and the management were always available to answer the students' questions and explained the processes clearly.
The apprentices in the Steinbacher team also talked about their current tasks and first experiences in the working world.
In plant construction, the students discovered the complexity of the switchgear arrangement and wiring as well as the associated planning.
After so much technology, the snack in the gallery was a welcome reward for the attention.
